Help is a meaningful thing

One day, Chris went shopping and walked along the road. When he crossed the street, he saw an old lady was crossing from the other side. Suddenly, a truck was driving towards the crossing at high speed and the old lady didn't notice it.

'Stop!' cried Chris. The lady didn't hear and continued crossing. Sensing an accident was happen, Chris decided to pull the lady to protect her safety. He ran towards the lady but unfortunately he tripped and fell over. Chris made a careless mistake. The lady frightened but she still picked him up and ran together. The truck stopped in front of them. It's lucky!

Chris and the lady were safety.He decided to thank her with the dinner. Therefore they enjoyed the meal at Chris's home.
